Wellness Australia Group is seeking compassionate Wellbeing Mentors / Support Workers for two ladies with complex disability and mental health needs in Victoria Point and Slacks Creek, QLD. The role focuses on person-centred care, safety, and empowerment within a multidisciplinary team.

The position offers afternoon shifts (2:00 pm – 10:00 pm) with occasional overnight availability. A driver’s licence and reliable transport are required; female workers only due to client care requirements.
