About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly organised and motivated Administration Officer to join our team on a full-time basis.

This is a varied and fast‑paced role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in keeping things organised. As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play an integral role in supporting the day‑to‑day operations of the business while ensuring exceptional service is delivered to both our clients, suppliers and team.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the business and reception duties.
- Manage inbound phone calls and client enquiries.
- Schedule employees and coordinate work with clients.
- Process timesheets and job management administration.




- Respond to emails and online enquiries.
- Manage the company's social media platforms.
- Maintain office supplies and place orders as required.
- Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and purchasing activities.
- Perform data entry and general administrative duties.
- Assist with fleet administration and management.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

- A reliable team player who enjoys supporting all areas of the business.
- Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proactive, motivated, and passionate about helping others.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- A confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
- Well organised with effective time management skills.
- Experienced in providing excellent customer service.
- Able to work independently while also contributing to a team.
- Holds a current Australian driver's licence with reliable transport.

Desirable (but not essential)

- Experience using Xero.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of SimPRO.
- Exposure to ISO systems and compliance processes.
- Experience with fleet management.

Comprehensive training will be provided to the successful candidate.

What We Offer

- Competitive salary of $60,000 – $70,000 + Super, based on experience.
