We're seeking a hands-on Senior Warehouse to join our stable and well-established team in Smithfield. - Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:06pm

About the Role

This is a working leadership position where you'll lead by example while remaining actively involved in the day-to-day warehouse operations.



You'll coordinate workflow, support the team, and ensure goods are safely and efficiently received, picked, packed, and dispatched.

What You'll Bring

- Current HR (Heavy Rigid) driver's licence
- Proven forklift experience, including truck loading and unloading
- Strong communication skills
- Previous leadership experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Physically fit and happy to perform manual handling, picking, packing, and lifting
- Good computer skills and confidence using warehouse systems
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritise work
- A reliable, stable employment history
- Positive attitude with a strong focus on safety and teamwork
