- Supporting current regional websites as we continue to grow globally
- Partnering with developers to brief, QA and resolve bugs or enhancements
- Monitoring site performance and identifying opportunities to improve customer experience
- Ensuring every update is accurate, polished and ready for customers
- Bringing campaigns to life
- You'll own the execution side of our eCommerce campaigns from start to finish.
- That means you'll:
- Build timelines for sales events and product launches
- Coordinate multiple stakeholders across the business
- Keep projects moving and follow up on outstanding actions
- Identify roadblocks before they impact delivery
- Complete thorough QA before anything goes live
- Deliver campaigns on time with exceptional attention to detail
- Supporting product launches
- Working closely with our Operations and Merchandising teams, you'll ensure products are launched exactly when they need to be.
You’ll manage
- New product launches
- Presale activations
- Website merchandising updates
- Ongoing forward planning for upcoming campaigns and launches
- Continuously improving the customer experience
- You'll always be looking for ways to make our websites better.
- Whether that's improving navigation, spotting merchandising opportunities, refining processes or identifying areas for better conversion, you'll constantly be thinking about how to create the best possible experience for our customers.
You’ll know you're succeeding when:
- Campaigns and product launches go live on time with minimal errors
- Our websites are accurate, up to date and performing at a high standard
- Cross sell and upsell opportunities help improve Average Order Value and Units per Transaction
- Website issues are identified quickly and resolved efficiently
- Projects are well organised and stakeholders know exactly what's happening
- The wider eCommerce team trusts you to make things happen
What You’ll Bring
We're looking for someone who loves the details without losing sight of the bigger picture.
You’ll ideally have
- Strong experience working in Shopify, including products, themes, promotions and apps
- Previous experience managing multiple projects and campaign timelines
- Outstanding organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Confidence managing competing priorities and tight deadlines
- A proactive mindset that doesn't wait to be told what to do
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with teams across the business
- A passion for creating exceptional online customer experiences
Working at The Oodie looks like:
- Davie's Dreamball giving our team the chance to win cash when we hit key business milestones
- Team Member discounts on everyone's favourite product, so you can stay cosy all year round
- A great office environment where collaboration is key. We value being together and working face to face as a team in the office
- Ongoing investment in learning and development, with opportunities to grow and build new skills throughout the year
- A culture built on our values: Own Your Business, Give a Sh*t, Do Cool Things That Make Our Customers Happy, Open the Door for Others, and Say How It Is (Respectfully)
- A close knit team that supports each other and celebrates wins together
If you're someone who loves making things happen, enjoys bringing order to organised chaos, and wants to help shape the online experience of one of Australia's fastest growing eCommerce brands, we'd love to hear from you.
