The Company

An established, independently owned wealth advisory firm in Sydney's CBD with a team of 20 and a loyal client base. The Directors set the strategy we need someone reliable and organized to run the engine room.

What You'll Be Doing

Reporting to the Directors, you'll manage the firm's daily operations and a small support team. Your week will involve:

- Running day-to-day operations across client administration, office management, and internal systems
- Executing our AFSL and MDA compliance calendar lodgments, registers, audit prep, and risk reporting
- Handling the HR essentials: recruitment coordination, onboarding, contracts, and records
- Keeping the numbers tidy managing budgets, invoicing, and monthly reporting with our external accountants
- Supervising and supporting the operations/admin team




- Liaising with IT vendors and other suppliers to keep systems and the office running smoothly
- Supporting adviser transitions and service delivery so clients always get a seamless experience

Who We're Looking For

- Minimum 5 years' experience in a Financial Advice Practice. Ideally you have extensive back ground in support roles and looking for a opportunity for career growth outside of becoming an advise.
- Working knowledge of AFSL compliance obligations, or the aptitude to learn our frameworks quickly
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail you follow processes through to completion
- Comfortable supervising a small team and keeping everyone on track
- A doer, not a delegator you roll up your sleeves and get on with it
- Transparent communicator who works well with advisers, clients, and external providers
