About the Role:
WorkPac is seeking a motivated and reliable Yardhand to join our client’s equipment hire team based in Tamworth. This role offers the opportunity to work with a leading national business in a supportive and safety-focused environment.
What you will be doing:
- Assist with the cleaning, maintenance, and organisation of hire equipment
- Conduct basic inspections of machinery and tools before dispatch and upon return
- Load and unload equipment safely onto vehicles and within the yard
- Ensure the yard is kept clean, safe, and compliant with company policies
- Support workshop staff and drivers as required
What you will need:
- Previous experience in a labouring, yardhand, or equipment hire role (desirable but not essential)
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
- Physically fit and reliable with a positive attitude
