PCA Supply Chain Solution Pty Ltd – Moorebank NSW

We are seeking a Warehouse Storeperson to join PCA Supply Chain Solution Pty Ltd on a full-time basis. Based in Moorebank NSW 2170, this role is central to maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our warehouse operations. As a Warehouse Storeperson, you will be responsible for the systematic receipt, storage, management, and dispatch of inventory within our distribution facility. This position plays a vital role in ensuring that our supply chain operates smoothly and that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

- Receiving and checking incoming goods against delivery documentation and purchase orders to ensure accuracy and quality
- Organising and storing goods in designated warehouse locations using appropriate storage methods and systems
- Maintaining accurate records of inventory using warehouse management systems and manual records
- Picking and packing orders according to customer specifications and dispatch requirements
- Loading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles, trailers, and containers with care to prevent damage
- Conducting regular stock counts and reconciliation to identify discrepancies and ensure inventory accuracy
- Monitoring stock levels and identifying items requiring replenishment or reordering
- Maintaining warehouse cleanliness, safety standards, and organisation of the storage facility
- Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanning devices in accordance with safety procedures
- Assisting with warehouse reorganisation and layout improvements to optimise space and efficiency
- Supporting the warehouse team in meeting daily, weekly,



and monthly performance targets

What we're looking for

- Demonstrated experience working in a warehouse, distribution centre, or similar logistics environment
- A minimum of 1-2 years of warehouse experience is required for this position
- Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet handling equipment, with relevant certifications preferred
- Previous high-reach experience is required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking, packing, and inventory management tasks
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets
- Solid organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
- Competency in using warehouse management systems and basic computer literacy
- Physical fitness and the capability to perform manual handling tasks, including lifting and carrying goods
- Reliability and commitment to maintaining consistent attendance and punctuality
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working within a team environment
- A commitment to workplace health and safety practices and procedures
- Customer service orientation and awareness of how warehouse operations impact downstream processing
- Must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position
