About the Role
This is a pivotal role within our operations team, responsible for the day-to-day coordination of crew, transport, and event logistics to support the successful delivery of live productions across a diverse range of events.
Working closely with our Operations team, you'll ensure staffing, logistics, and compliance are managed efficiently while maintaining the high operational standards and industry-leading reputation that NW Group is known for.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily crew scheduling and rostering for live events.
Manage transport logistics and associated event movements.
Support the planning and delivery of event logistics across multiple projects.
Oversee WHS compliance and ensure safe work practices are maintained.
Build and maintain strong relationships with our full-time and casual crew.
Assist in recruiting and expanding our crew base by promoting NW Group as an employer of choice.
Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure seamless event delivery.
Identify and resolve operational issues in a proactive and professional manner.
About You

Experience within the live events, technical production or entertainment industry is highly desirable.
A solid understanding of logistics and operational planning.
Experience usingRentalPoint,Personnel Manager, or similar rental management and rostering software will be highly regarded; however, training will be provided for the right candidate.
