Montier Health is seeking a motivated, professional and experienced Medical Receptionist to join our growing Brisbane team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys providing exceptional customer service, thrives in a busy healthcare environment, and takes pride in creating a positive experience for every patient.

The successful candidate will work across our Aspley and Greenslopes clinics, with the role based predominantly at our Aspley location. Flexibility to work between both clinics as part of your roster is essential.

About the Role

- Welcoming patients and visitors in a friendly and qualified manner

- Managing a high volume of incoming phone calls and patient enquiries

- Scheduling appointments across multiple practitioners with accuracy and attention to detail

- Maintaining accurate patient records and data entry

- Processing patient accounts, Medicare, EFTPOS, HiCAPS, DVA and WorkCover transactions

- Preparing, scanning and managing clinical documentation

- Supporting the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including presentation of reception and waiting areas

- Assisting the Practice Manager with administrative duties, quality improvement activities and accreditation requirements

- Maintaining strict patient confidentiality and adhering to privacy legislation

- Working collaboratively with doctors, nurses and the wider clinical team to ensure outstanding patient care

About You

We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and genuinely enjoys helping people.

You will ideally have:

- Previous experience in a medical or allied health reception role

- Outstanding customer service and communication skills

- A friendly, professional and compassionate approach to patient care

- Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail





- Strong computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn new systems

- The ability to prioritise competing tasks and remain calm under pressure

- A high level of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality

- Experience using medical software such as Best Practice, Gentu, Cliniko or similar

- A current driver's licence and reliable transport

- The flexibility to work across both our Aspley and Greenslopes clinics, with the role based predominantly at Aspley
