Senior Occupational Therapist (Lvl 3) Paediatrics - KARI Foundation - Perm/Temp FT

As a Senior Occupational Therapist (Level 3), you will provide advanced evidence-based assessment and intervention services to children aged 0-18 years and their families/carers. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team including Speech Pathologists, Psychologists, Nurses and Caseworkers to deliver holistic care that supports participation, independence and overall wellbeing.

Recognised Degree in Occupational Therapy or other qualification deemed appropriate by the employer, and current Occupational Therapy registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

Demonstrated advanced clinical skills in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of occupational therapy interventions for children and young people aged 0–18 years.

Demonstrated knowledge and experience in issues surrounding Occupational Therapy management of Aboriginal children and children in Out of Home Care (OOHC).

Demonstrated experience in the provision of clinical supervision, mentoring of staff and/or students.

Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P2). Those who hold a C class license (P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses and P1 are not permitted.
