Termite and Pest Control Technician — Trainee & Experienced

Selectapest has been protecting Brisbane and Gold Coast homes and businesses for 15 years. We're a family-run, locally owned business — not a call centre with a logo — and we're expanding, which means we're hiring multiple technicians right now, trainee or experienced.

About the Role

Whether you're newly licensed and ready to learn the trade properly, or you've got years of experience and want to actually be known by your clients, we've got a place for you. You'll be part of a team small enough that your work is actually seen — by us and by the clients who ask for you by name.

Duties

- Inspect and treat termite and general pest infestations
- Build treatment plans that fit the property, not a script
- Talk to clients like a professional who knows what they're doing
- Educate clients on prevention and ongoing protection

Skills and Experience

- Either a licensed pest/termite technician with runs on the board, or newly licensed and keen to build a career in the industry
- Genuine interest in pest and termite control




- Comfortable working independently, or keen to get there
- A real focus on customer service — you're often the only face of the company a client sees, and how you treat them matters
