About the Role

This is a hands-on position working across all aspects of our retail butcher shop.

Depending on your experience, you'll be involved in:

- Customer service and front-of-shop sales
- Preparing and presenting quality meat products
- Meat cutting and processing
- Merchandising and stock rotation
- Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
- General shop operations and housekeeping

As you develop, you'll also have opportunities to take on greater responsibility and assist in the day-to-day running of the shop.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:





- A 2nd Year Apprentice through to a Qualified Butcher
- Passionate about quality meat and customer service
- Reliable and committed
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Willing to learn and continue developing their skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail setting
