As a Recruitment Consultant at Bespoke Careers, you’ll partner with the biggest names in the Architecture & Design industry. You’ll help studios grow by securing the best talent in the market, while guiding candidates through meaningful career moves.

Key responsibilities

- Work on a diverse range of roles for the architecture and design industry
- Develop knowledge of what your clients need to expand their business




- Match top candidates looking for that next career challenge
- Review applicants, interview candidates, provide summary notes, and create job ads
- Grow your network, nurturing your client & candidate relationships

Skills & Experience

- Experience in the Architecture or Design industry with relevant qualifications required
- Recruitment experience within a relevant industry is beneficial but not required due to in house training
- Confident,influential with strongnetworking skills
- Target hitting & goal orientated
- Detailed and organised
- Proficient in Microsoft office and CRM experience would be beneficial
- Team focused with a drive to succeed
- Motivated, energetic and have a strong work ethic
- Effective and effective withdaily activity
- Have a social nature
