We are looking for someone special who can work on a client site in the Brisbane region engaging with our on-site staff, client supervisors, Production and training supervisors and HR Managers to ensure stability, growth strategy, safety and training initiatives are implemented. Working closely with our clients and staff, you will require good negotiations skills, relationship building attributes and the ability to keep customer focused. Reporting to our GM of Operations, you will have their full supportin guiding and growing your responsibilities.

Do you have:

- Food/Meat Manufacturing experience
- Supervisory/Training experience

It is important you have relevant experience in the meat processing industry as production knowledge and training of staff is imperative to your role.

Your Responsibilities:

- Ensure production manning requirements are met through communicating with Supervisors and Managers
- Communication and follow up daily of absenteeism, attrition, injury management, attendance andreplacements
- Ability to take feedback from Shift Managers on issuesand potentially provide solutions
- Ability to liaise with Senior Supervisors and Safety teams
- Communicate actions taken and provide documentation where possible
- Managing TASK employeesdaily
- Maintain and monitorsafety; human movement and manual handling
- Monitor and recognise up-skilling or training requirements to help employees advance and to assist production needs
- Daily and weeklymeetings with Managers, followed up with reporting
