Are you passionate about people, driven to succeed and looking to build a career in sales?

At Wisdom Homes, we're looking for an enthusiastic Sales Cadet to join our team and learn from experienced new homes Sales Consultants. This role includes weekend work and is based in one of our South-West Sydney display homes (Oran Park, Menangle, and Figtree)

This is the perfect opportunity for someone wanting to break into the residential building industry. No previous current home sales experience is required - we will provide the training, mentoring and support you to succeed.

What you will learn:

Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the home buying journey





Assist experienced Sales Consultants with Display Homes

Learn our products, home designs and building process

Build confidence in generating and following up sales leads

Develop strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills

Gain knowledge and experience to progress into a Sales Associate or Consultant

Attend monthly sales meetings at Head Office or othermeetings as required

Attend different display homelocations where required
