About You

As a Leader of Wellbeing (2pt), you will inspire students through engaging, student-centered teaching within a Catholic learning environment.The position is a 2-point promotional role, temporary for up to 3 years, however your teaching position will be full time and permanent. You'll bring:

- leadership in contributing to a Christ-centered and inclusive educational environment for students
- capacity to lead pastoral care programs to support student flourishing and excellence in all aspects of their school life
- proven capacity and ability to lead, advocate and support ayear group through accompaniment, formation, data-informed tracking and intervention
- the ability to forge strong partnerships with families and support agencies and to work collaboratively as part of our College’s Wellbeing team
- proven capacity to foster a sense of belonging across the school community
- expertise as a classroom teacher: leading quality programming, pedagogy, and assessments to drive student progress (please indicate teaching areas clearly in your cover letter)
- excellent classroom management skills focused on student wellbeing
- a tertiary qualification in Education and NESA accreditation.

Working With Children Check (WWCC)
This role is classified as child-related work and therefore requires a WWCC clearance prior to commencement of employment.
