Are you ready to take ownership of a brand-new fitness club and build something meaningful from the ground up? We are looking for an ambitious, community-focused Club Manager to lead the launch of our new Snap Fitness club in Morayfield. The Club Manager coming onboard will be the foundation of the business with a real opportunity to set the tone.

You’ll lead the club’s pre-opening campaign ahead of our planned late-November opening. You will build local awareness, grow the founding membership base, recruit the team and create a welcoming club culture from day one.

This is more than an opportunity to manage an established gym. You will have the chance to shape the club’s personality, performance and place within the local community.

A Premium New Club in a Growing Community

The club is located within the quality new Coles-anchored development, servicing the rapidly growing communities of Morayfield South, Montrose, Kinma Valley, Summerstone and surrounding areas.

The approximately 500 m² club will feature a premium Technogym and AlphaFit fitout, bringing training, strength, wellness and recovery together in one modern space.

The Opportunity

Snap Fitness provides established systems, training, marketing resources and the backing of a recognised international fitness brand.

We are looking for someone who will embrace that support while taking genuine ownership of the club’s performance, culture and connection with the community.

- Leading the pre-opening sales and community-engagement campaign, including creating socials content
- Generating and converting founding membership enquiries




- Building relationships with residents, businesses and community groups
- Recruiting, onboarding and leading the club team
- Creating an inclusive, energetic and community-focused club culture
- Driving membership growth, retention and member engagement
- Managing club operations, budgets, reporting and performance KPIs
- Coordinating local marketing, partnerships, events and activations
- Maintaining an exceptional standard of presentation and member service
- Continuing to identify new ways to grow the club and its local impact

About You

You may already be an experienced Club Manager, Assistant Club Manager, Membership Manager or high-performing fitness professional who is ready to step up.

You will bring:

- Strong sales, leadership and relationship-building skills
- The confidence to work autonomously and make decisions
- A hands-on approach and willingness to take responsibility for results
- Commercial awareness and confidence working towards performance targets
- The ability to recruit, motivate and develop a strong team
- Energy, resilience and excellent organisational skills
- A genuine interest in building a community, not simply selling memberships
- A passion for delivering an outstanding member experience
- Experience in, or understanding of, human resource and work health and safety processes
- Minimum Certificate III in Fitness, Current First Aid and CPR certificates, and police/working with children check

Experience in fitness-club management, new-club presales or business development will be highly regarded. However, attitude, initiative and a genuine sense of ownership will be equally important.
