This is a hands‑on role supporting both our warehouse and manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching large sheet materials, manufactured products and general merchandise.

The successful applicant must be confident operating counterbalance and high‑reach forklifts, including forklifts fitted with long tynes, and have experience safely handling large, heavy and awkward sheet materials.

We are looking for an experienced, reliable and safety-focused Storeperson / Forklift Operator to join our friendly Operations Team in Arndell Park.

This is a hands‑on role supporting both our warehouse and manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching large sheet materials, manufactured products and general merchandise.

The successful applicant must be confident operating counterbalance and high‑reach forklifts, including forklifts fitted with long tynes, and have experience safely handling large, heavy and awkward sheet materials.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely operate counterbalance, high-reach and long-tyne forklifts
- Load, unload, move and store large sheet materials and finished products
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and within required timeframes
- Prepare sheets, shapes, merchandise and finished products for dispatch




- Support the team in achieving an On-Time In-Full delivery performance of 99% or better
- Load and unload trucks and assist with unpacking shipping containers
- Receive incoming stock and check deliveries against the relevant documentation
- Accurately record all stock movements using inventory, ERP and warehouse-management systems
- Book transport and prepare consignment notes for daily dispatches
- Assist with stocktakes, inventory control, merchandise and sample management
- Support warehouse and factory activities as required
- Assist with the production of samples and merchandise items
- Safely use basic hand tools, benchtop routers, sanders and printing equipment where required
- Complete general warehouse paperwork and system transactions
- Maintain a clean, organised and professional workplace
- Promptly report hazards, risks, injuries and safety concerns
- Perform other reasonable warehouse or operational duties as required

What We’re Looking For

- A current Australian forklift licence
- Demonstrated experience operating a counterbalance forklift
- Experience operating a high-reach forklift
- Experience operating forklifts fitted with long tynes
- Experience safely handling large sheets, panels,



benchtops or similar materials
- Ideally, some experience in a fast‑paced warehouse, logistics or manufacturing environment
- Good understanding of load balance, forklift capacity and protected material-handling practices
- Physical capability to perform general warehouse duties safely
- Basic computer skills and confidence using ERP, CRM, inventory or transport-management systems
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to communicate clearly when resolving operational issues
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate stock recording
- A customer-focused attitude and commitment to providing excellent service
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to share knowledge and assist with the training of other team members
- Ability to provide a current Police Clearance Certificate
- Full Australian working rights

Experience within the building materials, solid-surface, stone, timber, cabinetry, manufacturing or sheet-material industries would be highly regarded.
