Our client is a well known global software organisation whoprovide cloud-based practice management software to professional services firms on a global scale. As an Implementation Consultant you will deliver a seamless and successful onboarding experience for new clients. Acting as the key link between or internal experts and clients, you'll ensure clear communication, alignment and momentum throughout the implementation journey.
In this hands-on, client facing role, specific responsibilities include:-
- Building trusted relationships by understanding client's challenges and needs and providing / facilitating effective solutions
- Proactively liaising with various stakeholders to ensure the on-time implementation of software
- Identifying the training and development needs of new clients
- Performing remote and onsite software installations including installation, configuration, training and general support
- Creating and maintaining documentation, training delivery processes and developing implementation and training delivery plans
- Preparing and delivering standard and custom training events via web conference tools, web meetings or standard classroom methods in one-on-one or group settings
- Amending and revising training programs as necessary
To be considered for this role, you will bring 3-5 years proven experience in software implementation,
consulting or onboarding roles. You will have a solid understanding of database environments with proven ability to managing conflicting priorities and deadlines to achieve business outcomes. Robust interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills are essential as is a commitment to developing excellent client outcomes.
This role is based in stunning Brisbane CBD offices and offers 2 days per week WFH. Please note that this position involves travel both locally (Brisbane metro & regional QLD) and interstate so flexibility to travel is essential. Own car and license is required with travel reimbursed or arranged and paid for as applicable. Note that whilst Brisbane is preferred, candidates living in Sydney will also be considered.
