About the role
As a Flooring Installer,
you’ll lead our team in delivering high‑quality flooring outcomes across commercial, industrial, and residential projects.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- general concrete grinding and surface preparation
- leading the application of premium flooring finishes
- maintaining a safe & organised worksite at all times
- working alongside experienced tradespeople in a hands‑on workplace
- contributing to a team that values craftsmanship, safety, and teamwork.
What we’re looking for
- Full Australian working rights essential
- Min. 3 years concrete resurfacing experience essential
- Current White Construction Card essential
- Strong knowledge of polished concrete, epoxy, surface preparation and levelling
- Strong written & verbal communication skills + high attention to detail
- Leadership skills to supervise and support our team.
