As we evolve, we’re embracing AI-driven development practices to accelerate how we build, scale, and innovate — combining deep engineering expertise with cutting‑edge software technologies.
About the Role
We seek a skilled Senior Full‑Stack .NET Developer with extensive experience building and maintaining complex web applications. You will lead the design and implementation of scalable systems, focusing on ASP Core (C#) for backend development, Angular for front‑end, PostgreSQL for data management, and AWS for CI/CD and cloud deployment.
In addition to your technical expertise, you’ll be expected to leverage AI coding assistants — especially Claude Code — to enhance productivity, improve code quality, and help the team adopt modern AI‑powered development practices.
This is a fantastic long‑term opportunity for a proactive developer who takes pride in producing high‑quality software and thrives in a collaborative, forward‑looking setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using ASP.NET Core, an open‑source web development framework | .NET Core (C#), .NET Core, and Angular.
- Build and optimise PostgreSQL databases for performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless integration between front‑end and back‑end systems.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines on AWS to streamline testing, deployment and delivery.
- Adopt AI‑assisted development practices:
- Use AI coding assistants, focusing on Claude Code, to accelerate development and automate repetitive tasks.
- Apply AI to support testing, code reviews, documentation, and refactoring.
- Encourage and share best practices for AI‑enhanced coding with the broader team.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high‑quality delivery.
- Stay current with evolving software development practices, AI‑assisted engineering tools, and emerging cloud technologies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full‑stack web application development.
- Strong expertise in ASP.NET Core, an open‑source web development framework | .NET Core (C#), .NET Core, Angular, PostgreSQL, and AWS‑based CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with AI coding assistants (Claude Code preferred; also Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT for code) and willingness to embed them into daily development workflows.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) principles and best practices.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, analytical mindset, and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
What We Offer
Competitive salary and benefits, reflective of experience.
Flexible working arrangements (remote/hybrid).
Ongoing professional development in AI‑assisted coding, automation, and cloud technologies.
