About the Role

You'll join our sales team covering both product sales and technical services working closely alongside our existing sales team as you learn the ropes. The role starts focused on customer and account management, before progressing into new business development over your first 6–9 months.

This is a genuine growth pathway — you'll build product and technical knowledge across our full equipment and services range, with hands‑on mentorship, before taking full ownership of your own patch.

What You'll Be Doing

Customer / Account Management

- Manage and grow an existing base of customer accounts
- Respond to inbound sales enquiries via phone and email with accurate product and service information
- Maintain accurate,



up-to-date records of leads and customer interactions in our CRM
- Process sales orders accurately, working closely with our operations and warehouse team
- Build strong relationships with key contacts to understand their needs and spot opportunities

Business Development

- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within your patch
- Conduct market research to identify target customers and industries
- Initiate contact with prospective clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking
- Conduct regular account reviews to uncover growth opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activity, and market movements

Product & Technical Support

- Develop deep working knowledge of our medical gas equipment and technical services offering
- Support product procurement and new product rollouts as needed
- Assist with quoting and scoping for technical services opportunities

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development (healthcare/medical industry experience highly regarded but not essential)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and comfortable working autonomously
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using CRM and sales tools
- Genuine interest in building real product and technical knowledge — this isn't a sell‑and‑forget role

What's On Offer

- $75,000–$80,000 base + Superannuation
- On-target earnings (OTE) through a performance-based bonus structure (after probation)
- Full training and mentorship from our current sales team
- A clear growth path from account management into business development, backed by a company scaling into new states and product categories
- Based in Cromer on Sydney's Northern Beaches
