2nd Class Welders & Fabricators / Structural Welders

Experienced Welders and Fabricators wanted for ongoing shift work with a leading heavy machinery attachment manufacturer, plus structural welder opportunities with a fast-growing manufacturer expanding across Australia. Temp to perm, outstanding rates, weld test required.

What's on Offer:

- $36.00ph – $41.00ph temp available (Plus 15% Afternoon loading)
- $34.00ph – $39.00ph perm available (Plus 15% Afternoon loading)
- 38 hours per week + OT
- Temp to perm opportunities
- AM and PM shifts
- Roles available in three locations: Yatala, Meadowbrook and Coomera

Duties:

- MIG welding and/or structural welding to AS1554.1
- Fabrication and assembly of parts to engineering/fabrication drawings
- Structural steel cutting,



weld prepping (grinding) and tacking
- Operating robotic welding equipment (where applicable)
- Secondary duties as required: goods receipting, flooring, and general factory-hand work

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a 2nd Class Welder and/or Structural Welder/Fabricator
- MIG and/or structural welding experience with medium steel
- Able to read and work from engineering/fabrication drawings
- Physically fit with full working rights, no restrictions
- Willingness to complete a weld test as part of the interview process
