Licensed Structural Landscape Supervisor/ NQS - Part Time

mySpa Sydney is an established, five-star-rated spa and swim-spa business delivering premium residential wellness and outdoor-living projects across Sydney.

We are seeking an experienced and appropriately licensed Structural Landscaping Supervisor to become our Nominated Qualified Supervisor (NQS) as a part-time employee.

Ideal for an experienced licensed professional seeking approximately two flexible, regular working days each week, supported by pre-scheduled projects and strong administration.

This is a genuine senior supervision and compliance position—not a nominee-only arrangement. You will actively supervise structural landscaping work and help ensure our projects comply with applicable legislation, approvals, standards and licence requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Reviewing project scopes, plans, approvals and construction requirements before work commences.
- Conducting pre-start and critical-stage site inspections.
- Directing and supervising employees and trades carrying out relevant work.
- Monitoring workmanship, materials and regulatory compliance.
- Maintaining supervision records, inspection reports and corrective actions.
- Providing technical direction during your contracted working hours.
- Improving construction procedures, checklists and staff training.




- Confirming completion and compliance at relevant project stages.

Applicants must:

- Hold a current NSW individual contractor licence or Qualified Supervisor Certificate covering Structural Landscaping.
- Not currently be NQS for another company, or be able to formally cease that appointment before nomination with mySpa Sydney.
- Have substantial practical structural landscaping and residential construction experience.
- Understand NSW home-building legislation, approvals, codes and supervision responsibilities.
- Be available for regular site inspections throughout Sydney.
- Hold a current driver licence and have reliable transport.
- Accept genuine permanent part time PAYG employment.
- Be available to commence immediately and complete the Building Commission NSW nomination documentation.

This position cannot be performed as a casual employee or subcontractor.
