This is a full-time position based at our Peakhurst office location.

Whatyou’lldo:

- Drive workforce utilisation andeliminatedowntime
- Proactively manage cancellations,waitlistsand capacity gaps
- Turn data into action and insight
- Partner closely with leaders to stay ahead of demand

What you bring:

- 3–5 years’ experience in workforce scheduling,rosteringor service operations (ideally in complex environments)
- Proven ability to optimise utilisation and turn insights into practical action




- Robust attention to detail with high accuracy across schedules and data
- Analytical, solutions-focused thinker who can solve problems on the fly
- Self-driven,adaptableand able to prioritise in fast-moving environments
- Skilled at spotting patterns,risksand opportunitiesearly
