We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman / Construction Supervisor to lead the delivery of a live industrial construction project in Gladstone. This role requires proven tilt panel construction experience, robust leadership skills, and a commitment to safety, quality, and efficient project delivery.

ABN Engagement: $50 - $60 per hour + GST

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily site operations.
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and site personnel.
- Oversee tilt panel installation and ensure works meet safety and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and assist in meeting programme milestones.
- Conduct pre-starts and toolbox talks.
- Maintain WHS compliance and quality control.
- Liaise with the Project Manager and project stakeholders to resolve site issues.

About You





- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or Leading Hand on commercial or industrial projects.
- Essential experience supervising tilt panel construction.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and WHS requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Current White Card and Driver's Licence.
