Operations Supervisor - Passenger Transport Industry

The Chance:

This role could be based at either our Joyner depot and provides a fantastic chance to learn and gain experience across all facets of transport operations. You’ll receive guidance and mentorship from our experienced team, laying a strong foundation for your career development.

Main Responsibilities:

- Support the Operations team closely.
- Liaise with subcontractors to allocate shifts.
- Provide actionable feedback to team members and stakeholders for continuous improvement.
- Enter and maintain accurate information in our operating systems.
- Keep our systems updated daily with any changes.
- Monitor daily check-ins and ensure timely deployment of assets.
- Perform daily data entry and provide administrative assistance.
- Liaise with drivers to ensure they have the necessary resources.
- Assist in maintaining high workplace health and safety standards.




- Monitor assets and follow up on any outstanding items.
