HC / MC Driver – Local Construction Freight – Yatala Based

We are currently seeking an experienced HC or MC licensed driver for a local construction freight role based out of Yatala, QLD. This is a full time position for the right applicant.

The role involves driving a flattop trailer and transporting construction goods to job sites throughout the Brisbane metro area, with some country work as required. Work is predominantly one pickup and one delivery per load. This position requires chain and dog load restraint, so applicants must be physically fit and confident securing loads safely.

Requirements:

Current HC or MC licence

Must be able to drive an 18-speed Road Ranger

Experience with chain and dog load restraint

Must be physically fit

Local delivery and job site experience preferred

Good knowledge of Brisbane metro area

Must be reliable, clean, tidy and presentable

Must be organised with paperwork

Strong focus on safety and customer service

Highly regarded but not essential:

BFM accreditation

We are looking for a professional driver who takes pride in their gear, communicates well and can safely deliver construction goods to job sites.
