Minimum Experience: 3 years of commercial construction experience
Preferred Experience: Commercial maintenance carpentry. Ability to do small plastering patch works, sheeting, cladding, window installations, decking, waterproofing etc.

Position Overview:
As a Maintenance Carpenter at First Response Maintenance Solutions, you will play a crucial role in executing and overseeing maintenance and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of commercial construction experience,
with a preference for individuals with expertise in the installation of commercial windows and experience on major projects.
- Execute and oversee carpentry and maintenance tasks with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Utilize carpentry skills to perform a variety of maintenance carpentry and building maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project delivery within established timelines.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times.
- Minimum of 3 years of commercial construction experience.
- Proven experience in the installation of commercial windows.
- Previous involvement in major construction projects is highly desirable.
- Strong carpentry skills with proficiency in framing, finishing, and general construction tasks.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
