The prospect
In this role, you will have a passion for delivering variety ofhome cooked meals, including desserts, cakes, soups and sandwichesto our diverse community. You will deliver within all aspects ofthe catering service at our home including budget control, orderingand storing of food items and supporting the direction of kitchenstaff.

The requirements

- You’ll hold a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery orrelevant skills
- You’ll hold a Food Safety Certificate
- You’ll have demonstrated experience in the preparation offresh bulk cooking
- You’ll have demonstrated ability to order stock withinbudget guidelines
- You’ll have strong understanding of food service complianceand the requirements within the NSW Food Authority
- You’ll have demonstrated experience in the Aged CareIndustry
