We currently have an exciting chance for a motivated Service Technician to join our team in Coopers Plains, Brisbane. As a full-time Service Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of a variety of safety-critical equipment, ensuring our clients' operations run smoothly and safely.

What You’ll Be Doing

Performing scheduled and reactive maintenance on a variety of industrial equipment and machinery

Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues to identify and resolve problems efficiently

Implementing preventive maintenance programs to ensure the continuous operation of client equipment

Providing on-site support and training to client personnel on the proper use and care of equipment

Maintaining accurate records of all service activities and reporting on the status of equipment and projects





Collaborating with the wider technical team to share knowledge and contribute to the continuous improvement of our service offerings

What We’re Looking For

Relevant technical qualification in a field such as engineering, electronics, or industrial maintenance

Minimum 3 years of experience as a service technician or in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics sectors

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues

Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and provide training on equipment operation and maintenance

A customer-focused attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

A valid driver's licence and the willingness to travel to client sites as needed
