We're based on Penrith NSW and looking for a motivated Warehouse & AV Technician who takes pride in their work, enjoys working with professional production equipment, and wants to be part of a team that delivers outstanding events.

Position Summary
As a Warehouse & AV Technician, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our equipment is prepared, maintained, and event ready. You'll assist with warehouse operations, equipment maintenance, and occasionally support onsite event installations and pack-downs.
The ideal candidate is organised, technically minded, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast paced environment where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
Check up on upcoming jobs on our rental software system
Prepare, pick, test and pack audiovisual equipment for upcoming events.
Receive, inspect and check equipment returning from events.
Maintain high standards of equipment presentation, cleanliness and functionality.
Assist with loading and unloading equipment safely.
Maintain an organised, clean and efficient warehouse.
Ensure equipment is correctly labelled, stored and tracked.
Assist with stocktakes and inventory management.
Equipment Maintenance
Perform routine testing and preventative maintenance on skilled AV equipment.
Troubleshoot and report equipment faults.
Carry out minor repairs where appropriate.
Ensure cables are tested, repaired, labelled and stored correctly.
Assist in maintaining quality control standards across all equipment.
Event Support
Assist with onsite installations, bump-ins and pack-downs when required.
Support senior technicians during corporate events and productions.
Maintain qualified presentation and customer service while onsite.
Follow all company safety procedures and industry best practices.
Skills & Experience
We're looking for someone who has:
Experience in the audiovisual, live events or entertainment industry.
A genuine interest in audio, lighting, LED screens, vision or staging equipment.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, loading trucks & vans and moving production equipment.
Flexibility to work occasional evenings, early mornings and weekends during busy event periods.
Highly regarded but not essential:
Experience with professional audio systems.
Experience with lighting equipment and DMX.
Vision systems and video switching.
Basic networking knowledge.
Working at Heights or EWP ticket.
Rigging experience.
First Aid certificate.
