Our small family owned and operated business ASAP Commercial Cleaning (QLD) is seeking an Experienced Cleaners to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a key operational role where you will deliver high-quality cleaning services to our commercial clients across the Brisbane QLD area and surrounding regions. Your expertise and attention to detail will be instrumental in maintaining the professional standards that our clients depend on and that reflect the reputation of ASAP Commercial Cleaning (QLD).
What you'll be doing
Performing comprehensive cleaning of commercial premises, including shopping centre common area cleaning.
Operating and maintaining cleaning equipment and machinery in accordance with health and safety guidelines
Using appropriate cleaning chemicals and products safely and efficiently whilst adhering to environmental standards
Conducting routine inspections of cleaned areas to ensure all work meets company quality standards
Following detailed cleaning schedules and adapting to client-specific requirements
Reporting maintenance issues or damaged areas to management promptly
Maintaining a professional appearance and demonstrating courteous behaviour to clients and other staff members
Ensuring all cleaning materials and equipment are properly stored and inventoried
Contributing to a safe and hygienic working environment by adhering to health and safety protocols
What we're looking for
Proven experience in commercial or industrial cleaning services
Strong knowledge of various cleaning techniques, methods and materials
Proficiency with cleaning equipment and machinery
Ability to work independently and efficiently whilst maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Physical fitness and ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift items up to 20kg regularly
Reliability and punctuality with a strong work ethic
Current or willingness to obtain appropriate certifications in health and safety or chemical handling where required
Basic communication skills and a professional demeanour
Flexibility to work on schedules that may include early mornings, evenings or weekends as required by clients
