What You’ll Be Doing

Working alongside qualified tradespeople, you’ll continue developing your skills by:

- Assessing vehicle damage and identifying repair requirements.

- Removing and replacing damaged vehicle panels and components.

- Repairing dents, scratches and structural damage.

- Straightening vehicle bodies and chassis components.

- Using welding, cutting, grinding and panel repair equipment.

- Preparing repaired panels for the refinishing process.

- Measuring and aligning body panels to manufacturer specifications.





- Following workplace safety procedures and quality standards.

- Supporting the day‑to‑day operations of a professional collision repair workshop.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about the automotive industry and committed to completing their trade.

To be successful, you’ll have:

- Be currently undertaking a 2nd, 3rd or 4th Year Panel Beating Apprenticeship.

- A genuine passion for the automotive repair industry.

- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.

- Good attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.

- The ability to work well in a team environment.

- A current driver’s licence (P1 or above preferred).
