We're looking for someone who lives and breathes content. Someone who spots trends before everyone else, knows exactly what makes people stop scrolling, and can turn an ordinary day in-store into something our customers can't wait to watch.

This isn't a role where you'll be handed a content calendar and asked to schedule posts.

You'll be creating the content.

You'll be behind the camera.

You'll be filming Reels, shooting Lives, capturing styling moments, editing videos in the car on the way home (because inspiration doesn't wait), writing captions that actually sound human, and helping shape how thousands of women experience Blue Bungalow every single day.

What you'll be doing

No two days will look the same, but you'll spend your time:

Dreaming up fresh content ideas around new arrivals, campaigns and trending moments that resonate with our customers.

Shooting Reels, Stories, TikToks and behind-the-scenes content.

Planning Live shopping events.

Visiting our boutique to capture authentic moments with our team and customers.

Editing content that feels polished, on-brand and scroll-stopping.

Writing captions that sound like Blue Bungalow-not like AI or corporate marketing.





Publishing content across our social channels.

Keeping an eye on what's performing (and what's not), reporting on and using those insights to create even better content.

Working closely with our Creative, Brand, Product and Retail teams to bring campaigns to life.

We'd love to meet you if...

You probably have experience creating content for a fashion, lifestyle or retail brand-but more importantly, you have an incredible eye for content.

You know what works.

You know what doesn't.

And you're constantly thinking…

"That would make a great Reel."

You'll also bring:

Experience creating social-first content from concept through to posting.

Confidence shooting video on a phone (this is essential).

Experience filming and hosting Live shopping or social events.

Strong editing skills using tools like CapCut, Canva, Adobe, InShot or similar.

A natural ability to write engaging, conversational copy.

Confidence directing shoots and working with people in a retail environment.

Great organisational skills and the ability to run with ideas independently.

A curious mindset and a genuine love of experimenting with new content formats and trends.
