Lead all facets of accounting, partnering with the CEO and interacting with the board

Australian not-for-profit organisation operating across multiple states, providing support and services to vulnerable Australians

Parramatta offices with WFH, 3/2 split once up and running. 2-3 month interim role.

Company Background

Our client is a purpose-led, community-based organisation who focus on delivering multiple programs in partnership with the government and local health stakeholders.

They are seeking an experienced and passionate Chief Financial Officer, ideally from the Not-for-Profit or healthcare sector, to lead their well-established finance team.

The Role

As the CFO, you will take ownership of and manage:

- Team management and mentorship
- Oversight of the day-to-day finance function




- Preparation and delivery of board packs/reports
- Oversight of NDIS compliance
- Supporting funding acquittals, grants and revenue recognition processes
- Ad hoc projects and reporting with the CEO

Your Background

To be considered for this CFO role, you will have the following skills and attributes:

- Immediate availability (can consider 1-2 week notice periods)
- Professionally qualified (CA, CPA, CIMA, etc.)
- Prior experience managing finance teams
- Experience within the Not-for-Profit, Healthcare, NDIS spaces will be preferred
