Key Responsibilities:
Assembling and commissioning LED displays, lighting systems, and audio-visual equipment.
Diagnosing and repairing problems with LED displays and lighting, which may involve replacing parts or fixing software configurations.
Identifying and resolving issues with electronic devices and systems.
Following job specific blueprints and 3d models to complete displays to spec.
Adhering to job sheets to ensure the required hardware and components are included in each display.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Technical proficiency: A strong understanding of electronics, basic understanding of PC, lighting technology, and often audio-visual systems.
Problem-solving:
The ability to diagnose and fix complex technical issues.
Attention to detail: Crucial for accurate installations and effective repairs.
Communication: Ability to communicate clearly with other team members.
Physical ability: Tasks may require physical work, such as working on ladders/heights and some heavy lifting.
Two years experience in assembly and/orelectronics preferred.
Ability to operate basic power tools.
Novastar software experience is preferred but not essential.
Forklift licence is preferred but not essential.
EWP licence is preferred but not essential.
Test & Tag licence is preferred but not essential.
