The Position:
We present an exciting opportunity for an experienced property manager to join our office and expanding team. As a proactive property manager, you will manage a medium size folio and play a pivotal role from day one. In this position you will gain broad exposure to all areas of property management.
- Overseeing daily property management tasks
- Liaising with keystakeholders
- Maintaining accurate communicationrecords
- Strong time management, prioritisation and organisationalskills
- Coordinate and facilitate routine and open inspections
- Maintain up to date maintenancerecords

About You
- Current Certificate of Registration orFull Licence
- Property Management experience
- Current Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle to get to and from work
- Exceptional attention to detail
