Arana Leagues Club is one of Brisbane's premier recreational venues — 175 gaming machines, a restaurant and café, three bars, a bottleshop, function rooms and a kids' room, all humming under one roof. We're looking for an experienced Duty Manager to step into our leadership team and help keep it that way.

This isn't a desk job. You'll be on the floor, leading a large team through our busiest trading periods, solving problems before they become issues, and setting the tone for five-star service across every corner of the venue. If you thrive on variety, love a fast pace, and know how to read a room full of trade, we want to hear from you.

- Current RMLV and RSG

- Current Liquor Approved Manager's Licence





- Current Customer Liaison Officer Certificate

- Current Senior First Aid Certificate

- Current Blue Card

- A hands‑on management style and a genuine passion for customer service

- Sharp communication skills and a knack for resolving complaints calmly

- The judgement to monitor and adjust staffing levels as trade demands

- Strong organisational and time management skills

- A stable work history and skilled presentation

- Flexibility to work a rotating roster — days, nights, weekends and public holidays
