Mastercut Meats is a family-owned and operated wholesale butcher with over 30 years of experience. We supply quality meat products to pubs, clubs and restaurants and operate from our facility in Condell Park.
About the Role
We are currently looking for an experienced All-Round Butcher – Wholesale to join our team.
Key Duties
- General butchery duties in a wholesale setting
- Meat preparation and mincing
- Packing and preparing customer orders for dispatch
- Working to daily production and wholesale order requirements
- Maintaining food safety, hygiene and WHS standards
- Portion cutting of meat products
Requirements
- Holds recognised butchery qualifications
- Has experience working as a butcher (wholesale or retail)
- Is physically capable of manual handling up to 25kg
- Has unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Portion cutting experience
