How you will be supported
The company offers the largest clinical education/mentoring program in NSW!
For all staff, there is a structured induction program so you feel fully settled in your new role. Supervision is weekly or fortnightly depending on your experience. The company holds in-services throughout the calendar year and has famous external speakers discussing different topics.
If you are a Recent Graduate interested in this role, the company has a structured New Graduate program that is industry-leading!
What you will be doing
- Working environments include: clinic-based, school-based or a mix of the two depending on your preference!
- Services include: speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, social skills and learning and literacy issues
- With therapy in schools, you will be based in the school for the whole day therefore reducing travel and building long-lasting relationships
- School-based therapy can include group sessions, 1:1 therapy, teacher education plus much more!
- Opportunities to engage in school holiday programs and telehealth

Requirements/Skills
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- SPA membership
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Working With Children Check or ability to obtain one
- ALL levels of experience are encouraged to apply
