Proline Building Commercial is seeking a Builders Labourer to join our team on a casual basis. Based in Concord NSW 2137, this role is fundamental to the successful delivery of our building and commercial projects. As a Builders Labourer, you will provide essential support to our construction teams, ensuring that projects run smoothly and safely from start to finish. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the construction industry whilst contributing to high-quality building outcomes.

Key responsibilities

- Assisting site teams
- Performing general labouring duties including digging, moving materials, and site cleanup
- Loading and unloading building materials and equipment from vehicles
- Supporting the setup and dismantling of temporary structures and safety equipment
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work workplace in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Following instructions from site supervisor
- Assisting with the sorting and storage of building materials and waste
- Contributing to a positive and cooperative team setting on site

What we're looking for

- Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour tasks safely and efficiently
- A genuine enthusiasm for working in the construction and building industry




- Basic understanding of health and safety practices on construction sites
- Reliability and a robust work ethic with a commitment to punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and take direction from supervisors and tradespeople
- Willingness to learn and develop skills in a construction environment
- Australian Construction Industry Induction Card (White Card) or willingness to obtain one
- Previous labouring experience of at least 5 years is required
- If you have any licenses or tickets this would be an advantage
