A highly regarded civil contractor is seeking an experienced Site Foreman to join its growing team. With a strong reputation across Sydney, the company specialises in early works, ground engineering and civil construction, delivering projects for leading Tier 1 and Tier 2 builders.

Project locations are across Sydney metropolitan areas including Westmead, Merrylands, Castle Hill, Bondi, Strathfield and surrounding suburbs.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate site activities according to project priorities, construction programmes and delivery schedules.
- Plan daily and weekly works, allocating labour, plant and resources efficiently.
- Supervise site crews, subcontractors and trades to ensure productivity and quality outcomes.
- Monitor site progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
- Ensure adequate manpower, plant and materials are available to meet project milestones.
- Enforce WHS requirements and ensure all safety procedures and quality standards are maintained.




- Oversee the safe operation of machinery, plant and equipment.
- Monitor project expenditure and assist in maintaining works within budget.
- Identify and resolve site issues to minimise delays and maintain programme.
- Maintain site documentation, daily reports and construction records.

About You

- Previous experience as a Site Foreman within civil construction.
- Strong understanding of early works, including excavation, piling, shotcrete, shoring and related civil works.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, construction plans and specifications.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multiple crews and subcontractors.
- Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Solid commitment to workplace health and safety.
- White Card and current driver's licence.
