As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Manager to help expand our residential property management portfolio.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Winning new residential managements.

Building strong relationships with landlords, investors and referral partners.

Working closely with our sales team to maximise property management opportunities.

Delivering an exceptional client experience from the very first conversation.

You’ll Be Someone Who:





Has experience in business development, property management or residential real estate.

Enjoys meeting people and building long-term relationships.

Is motivated, organised and genuinely enjoys winning new business.

Holds a current Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Real Estate Licence.

Holds a current driver’s licence.
