The Role

As our Account Manager, you'll be the connective tissue between our clients and our production team. This is a hands-on role: you're across every moving part, making sure videos are progressing, client needs are heard and communicated back to the team, links and assets are sent on time, and nothing falls through the cracks. You'll own the client relationship from kickoff to delivery, making sure projects ship to the highest standard and that every client walks away wanting more.

You'll typically manage a book of 20+ accounts, with no ceiling. The more you can handle, the more you can earn. You'll work directly alongside our two founders and our team of editors and video producers, so you'll be embedded in the creative process, not separated from it, in an office culture that's genuinely friendly and easy to be around.

This isn't a passive role. We want someone who's proactive about renewing clients on our social media retainers, Meta ads packages and corporate video work, and who has the appetite to bring on new clients themselves. Every renewal earns you commission. Every new client you bring in earns you commission. There's real upside here for someone who wants to run.

What You'll Do

- Own client communications end-to-end, from onboarding through project delivery
- Keep on top of the day-to-day details:



chasing links, coordinating assets, tracking where every video is at
- Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts across industries and company sizes
- Drive renewals on social media retainers and Meta ads packages
- Proactively identify and bring on current clients
- Coordinate with our editors and producers to keep projects on track and on standard
- Be the calm, positive presence clients trust to make things happen

Nice to Have

- 2 to 3 years in account management, client services, or a similar client-facing role (open to standout candidates with less)
- Experience in a creative, agency, or production environment
- Familiarity with social media strategy and/or paid media (especially Meta ads)

Compensation

- Base: $75,000 to $85,000 AUD (depending on experience)
- Commission: Earned on every client renewals
- Plus: The chance to build something from the ground floor with founders who’ll back you
