We are looking for a friendly, reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Pharmacy Assistant Trainee. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience while completing a nationally recognised qualification.
About the Role
- Provide outstanding customer service.
- Assist customers with retail products and general enquiries.
- Replenish and maintain stock.
- Operate the point-of-sale system and process sales.
- Support the pharmacist and pharmacy team with day-to-day duties.
- Maintain a clean, organised and professional work setting.
- Learn all aspects of community pharmacy through on-the-job training.
About You
- Friendly, enthusiastic and willing to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, punctual and well presented.
- Able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
