Little & Loved Early Learning Centre is looking for a warm, reliable and experienced Certificate III Educator to join our close-knit team on a full-time basis.

We are a small, family-owned centre with a smaller group of children, allowing our educators to build genuine relationships and provide more individualised care and attention.

Full-Time Certificate III Educator

About the Role

As a Certificate III Educator, you will:

- Build warm and trusting relationships with children and families
- Support the delivery of engaging, play-based learning experiences
- Complete observations, learning stories and contribute to the educational program
- Maintain a safe, clean and inviting learning environment
- Support children with their daily routines
- Communicate confidently and professionally with families and team members
- Work collaboratively and positively as part of the wider team
- Follow all centre policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

Essential Requirements

Applicants must have:

- A completed Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- At least one year of experience working in an early childhood education and care service




- Full-time availability, Monday to Friday
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- A current Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications, or willingness to obtain them
- Full working rights in Australia
- A warm, caring and professional approach
- Reliability, initiative and strong time-management skills
- A genuine passion for working with young children
