RMDY Collective is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join our dynamic and evolving team. This is a full-time position based in Augustine Heights QLD, offering the chance to lead and manage the day to day operations of our homeopathic headquarters. As Practice Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our practice operates efficiently, maintains high standards of patient care, and achieves its business objectives. This is a strategic position that bridges clinical excellence with operational management, making you essential to the success of our clinic.

This is a brand new beautiful setup, it is purpose built space that has been thoughtfully designed to reflect the care and intention behind everything we do. Key responsibilities

Oversee the day to day management of practice operations, including scheduling, staffing and resource allocation. This is a brand new setup, bring your creativity and inspiration, this will be such a fun job for someone who is proactive and looking to lead

Liaise with executive team on practice finances, including budgeting, invoicing, accounts receivable and expenses review

E-Commerce - managing our online store via Shopify for all incoming sales, printing labels, collection with Aus Post etc. A well established store with procedures and training ready to go. Work with and alongside our Warehouse Manager and team in HQ.

Lead and supervise administrative and clinical staff, fostering a positive and productive work culture





Implement and maintain practice policies and procedures in compliance with regulations and standards

Develop and monitor key performance indicators to track practice efficiency and quality of care

Manage patient relations, including handling complaints and implementing feedback mechanisms

Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, privacy laws and relevant regulatory requirements

Manage practice marketing, community engagement and growth initiatives

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Practice Manager or in a similar clinical management role

Strong knowledge of practice management systems and administration

Excellent leadership and staff management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams

Sound financial understanding, including experience with budgeting, invoicing and financial reporting

Outstanding organisational and multi-tasking abilities with strong attention to detail

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders

Problem-solving capabilities and the ability to implement solutions in a fast-paced environment

Experience in a clinical setting or multi-disciplinary practice environment would be advantageous
