We are seeking a pragmatic and experienced Inventory Planning Manager to lead the inventory planning function across the Martin Brower ANZ business. This role is accountable for driving inventory performance, ensuring assured supply and delivering strong service outcomes in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Partnering closely with Supply Planning, Demand Planning and DC Operations, you will align end-to-end supply plans, manage risk and optimise inventory outcomes. You’ll also play a key role in Integrated Business Planning, ensuring the business is positioned to meet both short and long-term demand

Day to day you will:

- Lead and develop a team of inventory planners, building capability and driving high performance
- Oversee inventory planning processes to ensure optimal procurement, stock levels and service outcomes
- Drive accountability across key KPIs including availability, inventory health, waste and service performance
- Partner closely with Demand Planning, Supply Planning and distribution centre operations to ensure alignment and execution of plans
- Lead structured issue management, root cause analysis and resolution of supply disruptions
- Provide strong inputs into Integrated Business Planning and Tactical Planning forums
- Ensure planning systems, tools and parameters are optimised to support effective decision-making
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning performance and supply chain efficiency
- Manage escalations and work cross-functionally to mitigate risks and ensure continuity of supply




- Contribute as a key member of the Supply Chain Solutions leadership team

About You:

- Proven experience in supply chain planning roles (inventory, supply or demand), ideally within FMCG, food or logistics
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams
- Strong understanding of inventory management, replenishment and planning processes
- Ability to operate at both a strategic and operational level in a fast-paced environment
- Solid stakeholder management and influencing skills across cross-functional teams
- Advanced analytical capability with strong Excel and systems experience (SAP, JDE or similar)
- Experience contributing to IBP/S&OP; processes (highly regarded)
- Proven ability to identify improvement opportunities and drive change across processes and teams
