Full time estimating/project support position available for a busy, well-established business based in Salisbury, Queensland.

The Team & Role
As an estimator/project support you will be part of the team pricing tenders for multiple projects throughout Queensland. Working with an experienced team you will be provided with all training and support to ensure you have every opportunity to succeed in the role. Based in-house at our Salisbury premises, you will come on board as a full-time permanent employee.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing, developing and submitting tenders within the required due dates
- Liaising with contractors, suppliers and other team members
- Providing support to project administrators with project variations and document review
- Participating in team meetings
- Developing and maintaining customer relationships
About you
As a specialist trade, we understand that there are little opportunities for previous experience.
While previous experience in estimating/cost planning is desirable, it is not a requirement for the successful applicant.
Our expectations for the successful applicant include:
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred but not required
- Ability to understand written and verbal instructions
- Must have strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to function as an integral member of our team and work unsupervised
- Self-motivated and focused
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
